We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works.
7-day return window
You have one week (7 days) from delivery to request a return. After this period, returns are not accepted.
50% refund on returns
If you return within the 7-day window, you will receive 50% of the product amount back (not 100%). This helps us cover restocking and quality checks while still offering you a fair option.
How returns work
- 1Contact us within 7 days of delivery (phone, email, or visit) to initiate a return.
- 2Ensure the product is in original, unused condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
- 3We’ll confirm your return and arrange pickup or ask you to bring the item to our showroom.
- 4After inspection, 50% of the product amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important to know
- Custom or made-to-order items may have different terms; we’ll inform you at the time of order.
- Refund is 50% of the product price only; delivery or other charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Damaged or defective items are handled separately—contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund as per our warranty.
